This explains how personal data is protected here, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we hold. Name, mobile number and email; meeting dates, durations and topics; payment references (never card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords); wallet and payout records; and technical logs such as IP address and browser, kept for security.
Why we hold it. To run and remind you about the calls you booked, to take payment and pay professionals, to answer support requests, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who else sees it. Only the parties to a call see each other's booking details. Our processors are the payment gateway (payments and refunds), our WhatsApp provider (messages), and our calling provider (connecting the call). Each receives only what its job needs, and is bound to use it for nothing else.
Calls are not recorded. Audio travels between the two participants and is not stored by us.
How long we keep it. Account and meeting records are kept while the account is open and for up to 8 years afterwards, as tax law requires. Security logs are kept for 12 months. Anything not legally required is deleted on request.
Keeping it safe. Data is encrypted in transit. Secrets and credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it, and every administrative action is logged.
Your rights. You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent. Write to the contact address on this site and we will answer within 30 days.
If something goes wrong. A personal data breach is reported to the Data Protection Board of India and to affected users without undue delay.
Complaints. If you are not satisfied, contact the Grievance Officer named on this site. You may then complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
